Neffy Sprays per Device
One Neffy autoinjector contains two 2 mg doses of epinephrine nasal spray, delivered as two separate sprays.[1]
How Neffy Dosing Works
Neffy delivers 2 mg of epinephrine per spray (0.3 mL volume). For anaphylaxis, administer one spray into one nostril. If symptoms persist after 5 minutes, use the second spray in the opposite nostril. The device is single-patient use only.[1][2]
Neffy vs. EpiPen Comparison
| Device | Doses per Device | Epinephrine per Dose | Delivery Method |
|--------|------------------|----------------------|-----------------|
| Neffy | 2 | 2 mg | Nasal spray |
| EpiPen| 2 | 0.3 mg | Intramuscular injection |
Neffy uses a higher dose but nasal route, approved for patients weighing 30 kg or more.[1][3]
