Meloxicam expiration?

Expiration for meloxicam is whatever date is printed on your package. Do not use it after that date.

What to do if you have expired meloxicam:
- Do not take it. Potency can decline and safety cannot be guaranteed after expiration.
- Dispose properly: if your community has a drug take-back program, use that. If not available, you can mix the medication with an unattractive substance (like used coffee grounds or kitty litter) in a sealed container and throw it in the trash. Remove any identifying information from the bottle. Do not flush down the toilet unless the disposal instructions specifically say it’s okay.

Storage tips:
- Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat, in the original bottle with the cap closed.
