Can you take Advil (ibuprofen) while on prednisone?

What about taking it “with food” or timing?
If a clinician says ibuprofen is okay for you, taking it with food can reduce stomach irritation. But “with food” does not eliminate ulcer/bleeding risk, and it still can interact with prednisone’s GI effects.
