Enbrel expiration date?

The expiration date for Enbrel is printed on the product packaging. Specifically, you’ll find an EXP date on the outer carton and on the label of the vial or prefilled syringe. You’ll need to read that exact date from your package to know if it’s expired.

If you can’t read the date or the package is damaged, contact the pharmacy that dispensed it or the manufacturer for help.

Helpful storage reminders (to keep Enbrel effective):
- Unopened vials/syringes: refrigerate at 2–8°C (36–46°F). Do not freeze.
- After first use: can be kept at room temperature up to 25°C (77°F) for up to 14 days. Keep out of direct light. If not used within 14 days at room temperature, discard.
- Do not shake the solution. Do not use if the solution is discolored, cloudy, or contains particulates.
