Elfaby Treatment for Fabry Disease

How Elfaby Works
Elfaby works by providing the body with alpha-Gal A [3] enzyme, which is deficient or lacking in individuals with Fabry disease. This enzyme breaks down globotriaosylsphingosine in the body, thereby reducing its toxic effects.

Elfaby has been tested in phase III clinical trials, where it demonstrated significant reductions in globotriaosylsphingosine levels, improvements in renal function and overall clinical stability [4].
Side Effects
