Can you take Aleve (naproxen) with aspirin?
Taking Aleve (naproxen) and aspirin together is generally not recommended unless a clinician tells you to, because both are NSAIDs (aspirin is also an NSAID). Using them at the same time increases the risk of stomach irritation, bleeding, and ulcers.
