Can i take 2 cyclobenzaprine 10mg at the same time?

Probably not. Two 10 mg tablets at once (20 mg) is more than the usual single-dose amount.

- Typical adult dosing for cyclobenzaprine is 5 mg to 10 mg taken 3 times daily.
- Do not exceed about 30 mg total per day (your doctor may adjust within that range, but 20 mg at once isn’t a standard single dose).

If your doctor told you to take 20 mg at one time, follow their instructions. Otherwise, don’t increase the dose on your own.
