Entresto 24 26 mg?

Entresto is sacubitril/valsartan. The tablet strengths are:

- 24 mg/26 mg (sacubitril/valsartan per tablet)
- 49 mg/51 mg
- 97 mg/103 mg

So “Entresto 24/26 mg” refers to the lowest-strength tablet, taken twice a day.

Typical dosing pattern (for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction):
