Invokana boxed warning amputation removed date?

Date the boxed warning for lower‑limb amputation was removed from Invokana® (canagliflozin):

The FDA officially removed the amputation risk from the boxed warning in a labeling update that became effective on that date. The warning had first been added in 2013 after clinical data indicated a higher incidence of lower‑limb amputations in some patients taking canagliflozin.
