Any reported memory loss with lyrica?

Lyrica is a medication that contains pregabalin, which is used to treat seizures, fibromyalgia, and neuropathic pain. Memory loss is not listed as a common side effect of Lyrica on RxList [3]. However, according to a study published in the US National Library of Medicine, pregabalin, the active ingredient in Lyrica, has been associated with cognitive impairment, including memory loss [2]. The study found that cognitive impairment occurred in a dose-dependent manner and was more likely to occur in older patients. The study also noted that cognitive impairment was reversible upon discontinuation of the medication. The Drug Patent Watch website [1] does not list memory loss as a side effect of Lyrica. It is important to note that any medication can have side effects, and it is recommended to speak with a healthcare provider if you have concerns about memory loss or any other side effects while taking Lyrica.
