What kinds of symptoms might be mistaken for “fatigue”?

People sometimes describe:
- generalized weakness
- low energy or sleepiness
- dizziness or lightheadedness (which can feel like fatigue)

Because Entresto lowers blood pressure for many patients, some of these symptoms can overlap. If fatigue comes with dizziness, fainting, or very low blood pressure readings, seek medical advice promptly.

Who is more likely to notice fatigue on Entresto?

Fatigue may be more noticeable in people who:
- are older
- have lower baseline blood pressure
- are prone to dehydration or low fluid intake
- have kidney problems or are on multiple blood-pressure–lowering medicines

Your prescriber may adjust the dose if side effects are an issue.

What should you do if fatigue starts after starting Entresto?
