Lactulose expiration?

The expiration date for lactulose is printed on the bottle/box. Store and use it only up to that date.

- Unopened: typically around 2 years (about 24 months) if stored as directed (usually at room temperature, away from heat/light).
- After opening: most manufacturers advise using it within a limited time, often 4–6 weeks (some labels allow up to 8 weeks or require refrigeration). Check the exact label for your product.
