Pediatric Dosing and Weight Categories
For children aged 6+ with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis (weight ≥50 kg), dosing matches adults at 300 mg. Lighter children use weight-based tiers:
- 50 kg to <75 kg (or ≥75 kg in some cases): 300 mg every 4 weeks after loading.
- 25 kg to <50 kg: 150 mg every 4 weeks after loading.
- 15 kg to <25 kg: 75 mg every 4 weeks after loading.

Why No Broader Weight Adjustments?
